Mobile holistic massage therapy student currently looking for models/volunteers to have massages so I can build up my portifolio and practice for my exam next May.

*** Changes to Practice ***
I am based in Hodnet and currently my home Practice is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Not to be deterred from 10th March, I will be able to work from my inside my home for limited appointments.
Whilst I am in training, I ask that you provide your own towels/blankets (if able). You will need one to cover the bed and something large enough to cover your full body whilst on the bed/couch.

MONTHLY PRACTICE
Each month we learn new techniques and work on particular parts of the body, if you are willing to be a 'freestyle' volunteer, please book using the FREESTYLE option on the booking page.
Suggested donation (home) - £5 for 30 minutes and £10 for 50 minutes.
Suggested donation (mobile) - £10 for 30 minutes and £20 for mobile. Only available to certain clients.
A £5 deposit is required to confirm your booking and is non refundable, unless I have to cancel to which you will be refunded.
As a student we are not allowed to directly charge but we can ask for a donation towards our costs. The above prices are suggested minimums.

Could it be a soothing foot massage or could you lower back, glutes and legs need a good waking up? We can work together to tailor your massage time.

Additional Information
I am a holistic massage therapist student, training in Whitchurch with Jenny Hamption, a registered MTI training school.
As a student and with my fellows we are learning about how massage can influence the mind and body and through our training we aim to provide relaxation, a time to be calm and take you away from the days hetic life.
It is important to note that we are not medically trained nor will be upon completion of our course. As holistic massage therapists we can identify areas that may be of concern but we cannot treat or diagonse specific conditions. We can suggest some after care for you to do or that you may wish to visit a specialist therapist or your GP.
Through my learning journey, I will develop my skills in communication with my clients, learn about their needs, different types of movements and techniques, recognition of areas of aches and pains, learn how to provide a soothing and targeted massage and ultimately be able to have the client refreshed with smiles inside and out!
Students are not allowed to charge for their work directly but can ask for donations towards their costs such as fuel and massage equipment. Where a 'price' is shown, this is my suggested reasonable minimum donation. If you are having a massage (such as feet) and you wish to use Highland Wax, I do charge £5 for this as it is a very specific type of massage wax and is a considerable cost, but well worth it. Not ideal for general massages.
Payments can be by cash, PayPal or bank transfer.
I will also require a £5 deposit. A payment link will be sent to via text message using NatWest Payit.
Highland Wax Co. lavendar 'Be Serene Massage Wax'.
This is a calming, delicately scented lavendar wax that nourishes and protects the skin. It is made of essential oils of lavendar blended with begamont and marjoram. Perfect for feet!
